Oasis - Young Adult Ministry
In geography, an oasis is an isolated area of vegetation in a desert, typically surrounding a spring or similar water source. Oases also provide habitat for animals and even humans if the area is big enough.
With that being said, Ivy’s Oasis is meant to be an “oasis,” or place of life, in what may sometimes seem a crazy world. This is a group of young adults who get together weekly for Bible studies, activities, and fellowship. Oasis is a group that seeks to meet the spiritual, physical, mental, and social needs of today’s young adults.
The ages of the young adults range from high school graduates to early thirties and consist of both singles and married couples.
